automatic account setup doesn't work!
Thunderbird is using an old (no longer valid) email address to set up my email account. I can't get rid of it! Also there is no FILE>New>Mail Account under the File option?

File-New is if you use the Menu Bar. Menu Bar is hidden in new versions. Pressing the alt key or F10 makes it appear.
Using the AppMenu button it is under New Message for some crazy reason.
