Firefox crashes

My Firefox has been crashing and not starting for several weeks. I've gone through several steps of the troubleshooting, including starting in safe mode (where it crashes & won't start), updating Firefox and several clean reinstalls, My laptop is about 8 years old, but has been running Firefox up until about a month ago. I have included the crash report here: Crash ID: bp-76cb1646-b595-4b51-a5ca-d72a92150506

hi, this looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.
