I sync my book.password, history all the time with firefox . in the last windows installation I don't see any of my data. I connect correctly and just reset my password and sync with my account. I need my info . if mozilla make backup place for browser data , must user can see what data is collected and backup that data on pc and other services for time like this.

how can I access my data and why my data is disappear ?

Resetting your Password will erase your Sync data. There's a warning about that which appears before you begin the Reset. see the screenshot to see that message

my password is correct and I have no choice . I forced to reset my password to login. I am before new installation going to account setting and see my password and check that. but after installation this password isn't work and I forced to change that . this mechanism is stupid way to protect data. and encrypt my data with simple login password. I lost one year browser history for simple and fucking firefox sync.

The "simple login password" is used inside of Firefox to create dual kA & kB logon "keys" for the Sync server that is vastly more complicated than the user facing Password that the user creates.
