how do ni unlock my samsung galaxy exspress 3 android that has a google lock on it and i ncant get past the network part after a factory reset
I bought a phone on craigs list an Samsung exspress3 android and it was already factorey resetted but wont let me get past a wifi connection and now its on a screen hooked up to my computer and it says fap lock on secure download; enabled and on my computer screen it

Hi bigmarsh, I'm not familiar with that. If another factory reset doesn't work, I suggest asking on an Android community forum like the following:
