How to activate a HTML server in Thunderbird?

I doubt that. Typically the body text of a message is HTML. Since modern email clients can render HTML there's no point to use an HTML attachment.
To open this attachment I have to click Clicking in mails gives me an unsafefeeling
It is not clear to me where you are clicking, and why. Please explain in more detail.

Thunderbird is an email client which can render HTML code in e.g. email messages. It certainly hasn't a built-in web server.
