When I send an email using thunderbird, the recipient receives the email with very small letters
Ever since I changed from Outlook to Thunderbird, my sister and another friend complain that the font is very small. Why does Mozilla do this? I have tried making the font very large, but mozilla reduces it when she sends it no matter how large I make it. My sister doesn't see well, she needs the larger font. Please fix this!

Just try this.
Open your sisters entry in the address book and check the entry for "prefers to receive messages as" is set to HTML. My guess is the message is being converted to text on sending as it contains no formatting, only text.
