Since the animation there is coming from a 3rd party, its not from Avada. You can contact them as to why it doesn't display properly in firefox. Most of the times developers have to use some work arounds to resolve minor visual issues in different browser.

How firefox handles that content is not related to Avada. The theme prints the iframe in that area. Its up to the browser how it displays the inner content after that.

Thank you for choosing Avada!

How would you rate my reply? Great Okay Not Good

Thanks for your answer.

You suggested that there are two possibilities: iFrame contents itself's problem or Firefox browser's problem.

I totally confirmed that iFrame goes very well without problem on Chrome, IE, Microsoft Edge etc except Firefox, so I hypothesize that its contents have no problem.

I think the Firefox browser isn't compatible with Avada? or should I throw queries in Firefox company?

Can you kindly tell me, whether this is the problem that the specific parts of the theme isn't compatible with Firefox and if so, kindly explain the technical problem or solution?

If not related to Avada or out of control, then where should I throw queries?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Sincerely from,

Sukwoo Hong

Thanks for getting in touch with us. My name is Abbas and I'll be your assigned support rep.

I can see sometimes the boxes flow out of the iframe in firefox but that seems like a browser issue or issue with the content in the iframe. Avada simply allots the iframe box there. How the content shows there depends on the actual content and how the browser chooses to show it.

We don't have any control over this.

Thank you

Please note: Right now we are experiencing high support volume. Please be patient with us, your support ticket will be attended to as soon as possible.

I don't know what's going on in your screenshot. When I view the page, it's a very neat grid with no unexpected blank areas (screenshot attached). Perhaps Firefox is not fully compatible with your graphics card/chipset driver software? That can cause glitches with how the content is "painted" to the screen.

If the site is generally known to work in Firefox, these are general suggestions to try when it stops working:

Cache and Cookies: When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

(1) Clear Firefox's Cache

See: How to clear the Firefox cache

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes. If you do not see the number going down on the page, you can reload it using Ctrl+r to check progress.

(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:

  • right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank area of the page and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • click the padlock or "i" icon in the address bar, then the ">" button, then More Information, and finally the "View Cookies" button

In the dialog that opens, the current site should be pre-filled in the search box at the top of the dialog so you can remove that site's cookies individually.

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Testing in Firefox's Safe Mode: In Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.

If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
  • Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

and OK the restart.

Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).

Any improvement? (More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode)

Thanks for your reply and I tried a lot of times to trouble shoot this issue, and although I did everything as you need, the problem still occured, so I have thrown queries about this to theme developer and one of them said:

Hey Sukwoo,

Thanks for writing back.

However this assumption doesn't seem correct: "The content had no problem from Google service since, if so, the contents should be also destroyed in other browsers like IE, Chrome and Edge."

There is no guarantee that any animation I create will work perfectly in Firefox if it works perfectly on Chrome. These are separate applications and can some time behave slightly differently on one browser than the toher.

So in that case, chances are, it might be an issue with the animation itself and the code provider might have to troubleshoot to figure out why the particular glitch happens in Firefox.

Can you give me advice for this issue further?

Does the framed content misbehave when you load it full tab, or only in a frame?

It seems that it only gets error when shown as Frame.

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Also the theme's developer says like this, (I hope this helps!)

Thank you for updating us Sukwoo.

I hope the Firefox devs can guide you better int his regards.

Were you able to contact the animation code provider for this so they can comment on why there is issues with this in firefox?

Also, does the issue with firefox go away if you temporarily activate the default Twenty Seventeen theme? If it happens with default theme as well then it'll be an indication that its a bug with the animation code itself (when viewing in firefox)

Can you give me advice for this issue further?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Sincerely from,

Sukwoo Hong
