When I open LastPass icon to enter password, I get "click on matching sites" when I do that all I get is a new window on LstPass that says "back" with an arrow but then nothing is there when I click back. I am unable to use LastPass to log in to my save sites on Firefox. Any solutions? I have had to go back to using IE11 to get LastPass to work Thanks

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager/ is version 4.1.54 what you were running in Firefox ? Was it marked as Legacy in your Extensions ? I see nothing there saying is compatible with version 57. (release date Nov14th)

That's about as far as I go as no information came in about what OS you are running, what version of Firefox we are trying to work on or what other Extensions/plugins you are using. Please supply the information. Thanks.

Fyi: Firefox is now at version 56.0.1

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Thank you for your quick reply. My Firefox version is 56.0, 64bit. I am using windows 10. I hope this is what you needed. When I use IE 11 LastPass works as usual but as you probably know I switched to Firefox because IE kept crashing or freezing.

Thank You
