Today after updating Firefox from version 56 to 57 I'm getting constantly message saying "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible". It show's up few times when starting Firefox and everytime I open any page in new tab that includes add-on, history, etc. (openning only new tab doesn't show this message).

This is what I tried without success: -> Complete reinstalling with pc restart. -> https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles -> https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-run-firefox-when-profile-missing-inaccessible -> Wiping out all mozilla folders from roaming, local and locallow and then creating new profile.

hi, are you using an older program version/edition of kaspersky as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1384327 sounds similar. they apparently have rectified the problem with fixes in their current version...

Yes, I do have Kaspersky Anti-Virus 17.0.0.611 and I know about this bug. But the problem is I had Firefox version 56 without any problems. After update to verion 57 I completly removed Firefox with Revo Uninstaller Pro and installed version 56 but bug still occured.

can you try switching to the 2018 version of their product line (afaik users are entitled to do that if the license is still ongoing)?

I can't do that because license expired long time ago. But I removed KAV and it was bug you linked to. Thanks.
