I can’t Copy a Document from Microsoft Word to Gmail Email without Messing up the Format? It don't work for me anymore since my Mozilla Firefox updated.

It might be best to send it as an attached file.
Are you copying from the body of the document, rather than sending the entire document as an attachment?
If you do not need to preserve formatting, you can paste plain text by using a keyboard shortcut:
- Ctrl+v => paste Word's version of HTML
- Ctrl+Shift+v => paste plain text

In what way is the formatting messed up? For example, extra vertical spacing, tables are not tables, goes to plain text, etc.
