Trying to use a recovered profile and missing accounts.

After a virus issue I used a recovery program to save my profile folder. I have moved it many times in the past and it contains info for multiple accounts. As I look through the files I see my accounts, but only a gmail account shows up in Thunderbird.

The only thing I do see odd is that some of the files are marked as "read only" I changed some of them, but not sure if I got them all.

Here is a screenshot showing that the folders are in the profile... but are not displayed.
