I had accidentally deleted the email data and is removed in profile folder local disk. How am i able to recover it?
When i removed the email account, i didn't notice that i had checked the "Remove All Data".
Now all my email data is gone. How am i able to recover the data back? Using recover software? Now it has been 5th day since my data is gone!

As the os has not link to the data anymore : yes you should have used a recovering data software. But if you used you computer since (5 days), I guess you can kiss it good bye for now. Unless you are very very very lucky.
