Does firefox have automatic security features and security updates?
I've had some security issues with windows defender and I want to know if fire fox has a security feature and if so , will it disable my windows defender?

Windows Defender is an anti-virus, Firefox is a web browser. You need to keep an updated and active anti-virus, and an updated Browser to keep your system secure.
I'd suggest the following:
- Keep windows up to date, always install updates ASAP. You should install the 1803 update, and any updates after that.
- Run Windows defender, and allow it to update and automatically scan
- Install Malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org), and just use the free version to scan once a month.
- Keep Firefox up to date
- Install Ublock Origin, https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
