Menu bar comes up while playing games
Right now a menu bar keeps popping up. can not type because i have to get menu bar off screen. can not play games because menu bar keeps popping up. it about changes, or new tabs,or moving things. or if i try to get fox fire to load it ask open,etc. please help

HI, you will have to explain what menu bar you are speaking about and we will be glad to help. He need more info as to what then menu bar says.
The menu bar can open if you press the Alt key.
it says settings global settings check for updates about Adobe flash player 30.0.0.113 (64byte)

That sounds like the Flash plugin context menu. This menu would normally only open if you right-click in a Flash object or press the context menu button on your keyboard while a Flash object has focus.
