Since the update the scroll (mouse wheel) pages instead of scrolling. The small arrows on the scroll bar are no longer there, so I am very often missing detail near the bottom of the viewing page and having to grab the scroll cursor to get to where I want to be. This is an 'unappreciated' change. Tried "use smooth scrolling" in preferences to no effect. Is this controllable?

Hi, the use of Caps is considered shouting and is rude. Firefox Volunteer Support is users like you and understands your frustration. That being said it is a computer program and anything can happen and will and any change with your mouse was not intentional.

Does this just happen in Firefox or is it system wide ?

Have you tried in Safe Mode ?

You may want to update to version 61.0.0 to see of that fixes the issue.

Try to update to Firefox 61 to see if that restores to scroll buttons. Note that they may only be not visible, so try to click in the space where they should be.

You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (61.0) in all languages and all operating systems here:
