I keep getting notifications from spam sites, how do I get this to stop?
Whenever I go on a lot of sites a popup will ask if I will allow notifications from this site, and I accidentally clicked ok on a spam site. How do I get notifications from this site to stop?

You should go and look at your FF addon or extensions to find if it is there and also check your windows add/remove uninstaller to see if something was installed there. Otherwise if none works you got malware infections and that goes beyond FF Browser help since FF didn't install spam ads.
also make sure that you haven't given this site permission to send push notifications: Web Push notifications in Firefox
