Why didn't the page pull up when I clicked on the notification from Foxfire?

I received an Email to complete a survey and earn/receive a free gift card for Walmart and I completed that one along with 2 others and was instructed to wait to receive a notification(s) to find out if I won the prizes. When I clicked on the notifications, they all just took me to my "apps" screen and not where it was supposed to take me. What's the problem? And is there any way I can get those notifications resent and them actually do what they're supposed to do?

I think those emails may have been scams designed to make you install a malaicious application or for you to provide personal information.
