Copy the abook.mab and history.mab files, Personal Address Book and Collected Addresses, from the old profile folder to the new one. Help/Troubleshooting Information, click Open Folder to show the profile folder in Windows Explorer, close TB before making any changes.

If you have other address books besides PAB and Coll. Addr., open Address Book, select an address book, Tools/Export.. save as type: LDIF. On the other computer, Tools/Import... Address books... text file... select the LDIF file.
