Hi MishaK20, I know the dialogs are different on MacOS than they are on Windows, so I'm going to suggest checking something that should be the same for both of us: (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk. (2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''print_bg''' and pause while the list is filtered ''Firefox should show preferences ending with'' print_bgcolor ''and'' print_bgimage ''for all of the printers you have used in Firefox.'' (3) If any of the '''print.''printer_name''.print_bgcolor''' or '''print.''printer_name''.print_bgimage''' preferences are set to false, double-click them to switch the value to true I think this should show up the next time you print (those boxes checked) but I'll wait to hear whether it makes a difference for you.
