I am unable to reset my account password as "Primary account email required for reset". I don't recall having added my primary email address as a secondary email.

Is there a way for me to identify the primary account email?

Did you always use this same email address or can you remember other email addresses you used in the past?

Can you use this email address to create a new account?

There are other things that need attention.

  • Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45

You can find the location of a plugin on the about:plugins page and in pluginreg.dat in the profile folder.

You can download the latest NPAPI Flash plugin for Firefox on this page.
