Typing keyboard delayed response by many seconds and file browser for downloads super slow
Typing anything in the browser is completely delayed until I stop typing entirely. If I type a sentence then no characters appear until I stop tying entirely, so the delay can be quite significant. When attempting to download a file and changing directories, it can take minutes to successfully navigate the folder changes (triple-clicking left side to get a response) and then 10 seconds or longer before it unfreezes and actually begins to download after clicking the "save" button.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
I get the same response when I close and restart Firefox in regular mode as well. It works for a short period and then lags once again.
