PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR issues on multiple sites since upgrading to 74.0
I only experienced this issue when upgrading to 74.0, but it happens on websites multiple sites now. I have also verified via other browsers that this is a specific Firefox issue.
I have tried all of the recommended solutions that I have been able to identify: removed AV extensions, created a new profile, reset proxy settings, cleared cache & cookies, refreshed Firefox, restarted in safe mode to attempt to access the websites, turned off VPN, etc.
Looking for additional recommendations or solutions.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

cor-el said This usually means that Firefox wasn't able to find a cipher suites to use to connect to this server and reached the end of the list. There can be two possibilities: one is that the server is outdated and doesn't support modern cipher suites, another might be that the server only supports a few cipher suites and Firefox doesn't support any of these.
You can check your browser and possibly compare this with the server setup.
Thank you for the links FredMcD. I turned off the DNS prefetching and the websites load now.
