Every time I click on my Firefox icon, my browser defaults to safebrowser.io website with the following notification:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Then, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page
