restart thunderbird after bug install
The thunderbird update is incomplete cannot restart thunderbird, I try to reinstall the software but I always have the same request to restart the PC to complete the installation, and it keeps looping. I interrupted the Thunderbird in tasks but still the same request. Does anyone have the solution. Thank you.

From experience I think the restart is linked to the Mozilla Maintenance Service (it's the only thing that needs windows to restart). Restart your computer, try uninstalling both, restart again and try installing Thunderbird without the service.
