Can't log into bank account site
I can no longer log onto my bank's website, Schoolsfirstfcu.org. When I enter that site name in Firefox I get a message stating: SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union website is currently unavailable.
We are working to bring the system back up as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
I can access the site by using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, but not Internet Explorer. What could the problem be when using Firefox?

Hi Joe
It seems to be opening fine for me. Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox?
when I open the "Add Ins" window it shows OpenH264 and Widevine. I have no idea what those are.
OpenH264 and Widevine come with Firefox.
Are you still having problems with the website?
Hi Fred,
yes, I still get that message when I try to go to the bank website.

Hello Fred,
I cleared the cookies from the site that I'm trying to access and that seemed to solve the problem. I'm going to shut everything down and see if it still allows me to access the site.
Thank you, Joe
