Puoi trascrivere l'esatto messaggio di errore che ricevi? Qual è il fornitore della mail? L'account è POP3 o IMAP?

In allegato il messaggio di errore L'account è Pop3 . Ho verificato all'interno delle impostazioni ma è tutto corretto. Attendo Vostra risposta Cordiali saluti

Sembra che sia il server di Alice a non rispondere. Hai provato a sentire TIM cosa dice?

si infatti anche nel web server di alice si ripete lo stesso problema , vengono inviati solo messaggi senza allegati.
