What error dialogs are you seeing?

Matt, I do not see any error messages. I can not log in to my account and can not send or receive message. I have been able to go to Ipage and get to my email. But I can't get it back on my desktop.

How do I delete my thunderbird email account and then reinstall it on my desktop?

I removed(deleted) the old Thunderbird info and tried to install new Thunderbird then add account for the two emails I had on my computer, but it still pops up account already exit on server and will not allow me to use either account. Still must go to ipage and web account to see any Thunderbird emails. Can not get to emails using thunderbird. Help!!
