Have you tried accessing it in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#
Do you have an ad blocker? If so, turn it off and try again.
What happens when you try to download units? If you see an error message, can you take a screenshot of it?
