can't access hulu on firefox - new problem
I can't access hulu from firefox - it happened last night - but can access it from chrome. I get "we encountered error in switching profiles" message. When I contacted hulu they suggested it was a problem with firefox not being updated but it is . Please help

What does that mean??? You cannot get to the site or you can get to the site, but having trouble logging in. Also post screenshot(s) showing the issue. Did you try Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104
