I installed an earlier version ......now I can't get into my email account.
I downloaded and installed an earlier version of Thunderbird. Now I can't get into my email account. It keeps saying I need to let Thunderbird know my pass word and email name but I've long ago forgotten my password. I tried several possibilities but they were denied.....help!

You need to contact your email provider to reset your password. Thunderbird has only the password you had provided, and it seems that doesn't work anymore.
