Was verstehst du unter "bei Thunderbird anmelden? Thunderbird vergibt keine E-Mailadressen, falls du das meinst. Um Thunderbird als Mail-Client zu verwenden, muss man ihn starten und zumindest ein Konto einrichten. Funktioniert das bei dir nicht? Wo hakt es bei dir?
