My computer tech suspected a virus problem so he wiped my computer back to original settings and then reloaded my files back onto computer. When he did this my long list of bookmarks were all gone and I don't know how to get them back.

Unless that tech did a backup of your Firefox bookmarks before he restored the original settings, your bookmarks are gone. You might want to ask him if he did a backup, and if not, ask him why not.
