Firefox menu has moved up. Files, Bookmarks, Tools etc are in the blue and unuseable. Help.

One of the children moved the entire display screen to the right and in the process also moved it up. I cannot reset my default settings because File, Bookmarks, Tools etc are hidden in the blue margin. How do I move it back down? How can I reset to my default settings without the Tools setting visible?
