Is there a way to configure FireFox Mobile to not save history, cookies, etc, upon exit? Similar to how FF 3.6.x (for PC desktops) does with its Preferences --> Privacy-tab --> History --> "Firefox will: 'Never remember history' " setting.

I've tried going into about:config and tweaking settings, but no success so far. I've also tried manually clearing private data via MenuButton --> Preferences --> Clear private data, but this doesn't clear out my history either.

"Clear Private Data" will clear your history, but it might not fully disappear from the "All Pages" list until a minute later, or the next time you start typing into the address bar. There's also this add-on which will clear *just* the history: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/addon/clear-mobile-history/

There's currently no setting in mobile Firefox to disable history completely, sorry. We are planning to add better private browsing features and history controls in a future version.
