Where is the TOOLS MENU
Every time I try to change something like "turn off cookies" the FIRST action I am asked to take is go to tools menu.......WHERE THE $&*$%&^IS IT????????

In newer versions of Firefox, the Options window has been moved from the Tools menu to the Firefox menu. Press the orange "Firefox" button in the top left corner and then choose "Options."
You can also press Alt+T on your keyboard to show the Tools menu (or just Alt to show the whole menu bar). Or you can right-click on the orange Firefox button and select "Menu bar" to turn the old-style menus back on.

Thank you so much I'm old and using a computer is hard enough without it hiding stuff on me ;o)
Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
