Got msg from Firefox Crash Reporter. When will it be back?

Each time we click on the Firefox icon, the Crash Reporter appears saying Firefox has crashed, we'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts. To help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send us a crash report. 

I did as directed, including sending my e-mail address. So far no change.
