ancestry.com.au will not load although allowed through tools/options/exceptions
use Firefox 8.0.1 site ancestry.com.au will not load even though "ALLOW" through listed from tools/options/content/exceptions. This site loads no problem from other browsers ie CHROME, how can I cure as I prefer to use Mozilla Firefox? This same problem occurs with adobe flash player.com. screen info when loading ancestry.com.au reports transferring data from c.mfcreative but hangs with no result. This site has also been listed as an ALLOW site as above

Did you make sure that McAfee or other software/extension isn't blocking the site?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

have previously disabled firewall McAfee and now started firefox in safe mode still unable to access ancestry.com.au site
