I updated plugins, flash, etc, but Firefox still won't play any videos (Chrome will).
Firefox won't play any videos. YouTube gives me an error message, others just won't load. Also having trouble with gifs and online games. I updated all the addons and plugins and such, and Chrome is working fine, so the problem is not the network.

Let's see whether we can solve the video problems first, then we can come back to GIFs. Can you check out this article and see whether it helps: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox.
