If your Menu Bar is Enabled --> Tools > Options > Content

If your Menu Bar is Disabled --> Firefox > Options > Content

After clicking on Content, you find Block pop-up windows. On its right, there is a button named Exceptions. On clicking on Exceptions, another window will open. There you can type the address of the website that you wish to visit. Then, click on Allow. This should do the trick.

if you want to disable pop-up blocker type about:config in the address bar, then use the filter to find dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to false.
