Every time Firefox updates I cannot log into our schools Skyward program. I always have to reset Firefox. Why does this happen? How can I fix it?

I am a teacher. Our school uses a program called Skyward for grades, attendance, etc. Skyward wants us to use Firefox. My problem is that after my computer updates I cannot log on to Skyward. I have to reset Firefox in order to gain access to Skyward. I don't know if it's my computer, or Firefox. I would like to solve this problem if I could. I would like to use the latest version of Firefox if I can. Thank you for your help. Jennifer Reid

Hello Jennifer, probably your Internet security software (including firewalls, antivirus programs, anti-spyware programs, and more) is likely preventing Firefox from connecting to the Internet after update firefox, see : Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox.
