why does my email list disappear when i call it up in firefox?
I use juno email for my email service. I check my email once or twice a day. when I click on my "inbox" to access my email, if i'm using firefox as my browser, my list of emails appear for a couple of seconds, then vanishes. it never returns. I don't seem to have this problem when using internet explorer.

I don't have a Juno account, but here are some suggestions.
Is there a layout size issue? Sometimes zooming out the page to make it a bit smaller can solve that. Press Ctrl+- (hold Ctrl and tap the - key once or twice) to test that theory. If you do not see any change immediately, try to reload the page using Ctrl+r or the reload button. To enlarge it again, use Ctrl++.
More generally, when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
- right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
- Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

after trying everything suggested, it's still vanishing after a couple of seconds. I guess i'll just continue using internet explorer when I get my email. thank you anyway.
Hello,
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
- You can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.
Thank you.
Hi Edward27821, like Yahoo, Juno requires a paid account to use email client software. Might be worth it if using IE is too painful.
