Hi there, my hard disk failed and with a new hard disk I am trying to reconnect Thunderbird so I can get my emails on the laptop. But I can't remember my password and on the login page for emails I can't find an option to request password reset. Please help, don't want to have to stop using Thunderbird

oh, I read an answer to a similar query and it seems that the password needed is the password for your email provider. Mine is BT. So I tried my BT emails password and it work. I now have managed to receive emails, phew, glad I got that sorted!

oh, I read an answer to a similar query and it seems that the password needed is the password for your email provider. Mine is BT. So I tried my BT emails password and it work. I now have managed to receive emails, phew, glad I got that sorted!
