make ctrl+enter submit a form, even if cursor is in a textarea There are some work arounds to enable this, if you create web pages with jquery. But this short cut should work on all web pages

This is a feature you want to add to your Firefox so it would work on every site?

I can't think of any built-in option for that. You might be able to do it with an extension or a Greasemonkey user script.
