I have the extension link already in post https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/steam-skin-trade-helper/

Talk to the developer.

The extension in its manifest has this permission:

   "permissions": [
   [...]
   "*://*/*",
   "<all_urls>"
 ],

He should enumerate only steam website urls instead of "*://*/*", "<all_urls>".
