I hate the new interface, how can I change it back?

The latest download changed the interface. I cannot see the top toolbars, tabs, etc. because they are a very faint grey. I did try changing the theme but not happy with the results. And when I type into the search box it jumps to the address bar which (I dislike immensely) is distracting. Why have a search box at all? But it is my preference so I may be out of luck.

This is the first time I have considered another browser as I have been with Firefox a long time.
