Can't access menu on tablet with hardware menu button Android

I have Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 SM-T320 with CyanogenMod 11 (Android 4.4.4). This tablet has hardware menu button and propably this is why the menu three dots icon is not displayed. But the hardware menu i does not present menu either. It works with other applications and lights on touch. This is the behaviour that I experience from the beginning and nor restart nor reinstallation changes it.

It is similar to this issiue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/997786?esab=a&as=aaq only in my case menu button never worked.

Beeing a noob I am not sure if this case is covered by this bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1030113

Any help will be much appreciated as I can't use my Firefox normally now.

Would you be comfortable filing a bug with the hardware information and a screenshot of what it looks like on the tablet when you try to open the Settings menu? bugzilla.mozilla.org.
