Try clearing your browser cache. You can either go to options -> privacy -> clear browser history and then check 'cache' or just hit ctrl+shift+delete and select 'cache'.

Tried clearing history and the problem remained. Reset Firefox to default and still got the same result.

Have you tried contacting sears with the issue? This problem doesn't seem to derive from the browser specifically. If sears hasn't heard of an issue of this type, I shall try to fix your problem differently.

I did contact Sears and they said it was not one of there error messages. The tech support guy could not duplicate the problem at his end. I went to another computer running Google Chrome and did not encounter the problem.

I tried the web site again and everything works! Not sure what the problem was but thanks for the help.
