Dear Team,

1. We are getting exception in SBIePay (https://sbiepay.com) 'This Connection is Untrusted' when we are trying to open it in Mozilla Firefox version 33.1.1 & 32.0.2.

2. Our website https://sbiepay.com has VeriSign Class 3 Extended Validation SSL certificate with EV.

3. To proceed further we have to add exception, which we feel is not a correct solution.

4. We request you to please suggest us solution for the same.

hello NeerajDurgapal, the certificate chain is incomplete on your site. your server needs to properly link the intermediary certificate that you are using (VeriSign Class 3 Extended Validation SSL SGC CA) to the root ca that is trusted by the browser (VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5).

you can check your site through https://ssltools.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/views/certCheck.jsp
