No scroll bar in Yahoo email

When replying to or forwarding an email in Yahoo email (or opening an item in the Drafts menu), the scroll bar on the right side of the page is not available. You cannot scroll down with the mouse scroll bar, nor with the up and down arrows. Hence the Send button is not available.

Also, note that if you shrink the window down to about half of the monitor size (for me at least) the scroll bar will appear. If you then make the window larger it disappears again.

This only occurs in Firefox (Not Internet Explorer). I'm using v31.6.0.
