I can't add my tender380@gmail.com account on thunderbird. I have re-installed thunderbird but the same problem persist. the error message is

configuration couldn't be varified - is this username or password correct?

But i can access my mails through the browser with the same details. Please help me to resolve this issue.

You'll need to allow less secure apps in your Google account configuration (not in Thunderbird). See https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6009563?hl=en
